Small areas (like a pantry or bathroom) typically take around 4 hours, while full-home transformations may require multiple sessions over several days.

Do I need to be present during the session?

For the initial session, we recommend being present (at least at the beginning) to guide important decisions.
Afterward, many clients prefer to relax or check in occasionally — we’re flexible based on your preference!

Do I need to buy new organizing products?

We help you sort unwanted items and suggest donation, recycling, or disposal options.
While we don’t physically remove items, we guide you through the process to make it easy and stress-free.

How do you price your services?

We offer boutique-style organization packages with clear starting rates based on the size and scope of your project.

Not at all. Our goal is to work with what you already love first. We thoughtfully style your existing pieces and suggest new additions only if they elevate the space or complete your vision.

Can you help me choose new furniture or decor if I need it?

Absolutely! If you want to add or replace pieces, we offer guided recommendations tailored to your style, needs, and budget. We can also create a personalized shopping list or help you source key items.

How long does the styling process take?

It depends on the size and scope of the project.

  • Light Refresh projects typically take 1–2 days.

  • Full Home Harmony can take 2–4 weeks depending on furniture sourcing.

  • Signature Transformations may take several weeks with active design collaboration.
    We’ll provide a personalized timeline after your consultation.

Do you also help with unpacking if I’ve just moved in?

Yes! If you’re moving into a new space, we can combine unpacking services with our styling packages. We’ll not only set up your home — we’ll style it beautifully so you feel at home from the first day.

Do I need to be present while you pack or unpack?

You are welcome to be present, but it's not required!
Many of our clients choose to check in at the start and end of the session, while others prefer us to handle everything.
We’re happy to work in whatever way makes you feel most comfortable.

Do you provide packing materials?

We guide you on the best materials (boxes, wrapping, labels) and can assist with sourcing if needed.
Packing supplies are not included in our base pricing, but we can coordinate purchasing them for you as an add-on service.

How long does packing or unpacking take?

It depends on the size of your home and the number of spaces you need help with.
Typically, a small move (1–2 rooms) can take 4–8 hours, while larger homes may require multiple sessions.
We’ll provide a custom timeline after your consultation.

Will you organize my spaces while unpacking?

Yes!
Our unpacking service includes basic organization — setting up your kitchen, closets, and bathrooms in an intuitive, stylish way.
If you'd like a full luxury organization system (custom bins, labels, etc.), we also offer personalized upgrades!

What if I only need help packing a few specific rooms?

No problem!
Our packages are flexible — you can choose exactly which spaces you want help with.

Do you move the boxes or furniture during the move?

We do not provide transportation services for boxes or furniture.
Our role is to expertly pack, organize, and prepare your belongings for the movers — and then unpack and organize everything beautifully once delivered.
We collaborate closely with your moving company to ensure a seamless transition, but we focus 100% on the care, preparation, and setup of your home.
